WORTHWILD Spring is a one-day retreat combining group coaching, mindful walks and personal reflection, inspired by the energy of the spring season.
It’s a calm, spacious day designed to help you reconnect with your motivation, clarity and confidence — supported by nature and guided coaching.
Held in beautiful green space in the heart of Birmingham, this retreat offers time away from noise, pressure and “shoulds”, creating space to slow down, reflect and gently explore what’s ready to grow next.
Spring invites different questions:
Through guided mindful walks, seasonal group coaching reflections and quiet self-reflection, you’ll be supported to reconnect with your inner drive and leave feeling clearer, calmer and more energised.
There’s no fixing, forcing or pressure — just space to notice, reflect and reconnect, alongside others doing the same.
